This makes for a great way to customise your bike and handlebar reach if you have problems with numbness while riding. 1 1/8″ or 1″ systems catered for, with stem raisers also available to make your a-headset fixed handlebar height adjustable. This can take the pressure off your palms while you cycle and make bike riding more comfortable.
