Free Shipping Offer

(i) Qualification & Postcode Exclusions

To qualify for free shipping on orders over £150, you must reside, or have a delivery address, within the UK MAINLAND. An extra fee may apply for delivery to the highlands & islands/certain other postcodes where an additional delivery fee is imposed by any courier at time of postage. This additional fee will be charged by either online invoice or any other form of valid website payment link, to be chosen at DM’s discretion, sent to your order email address. DM’s will be in touch directly to discuss this further if required. Once shipping fees have been settled, your order will be released. (ii) Product Exclusions

Due to additional labour and/or courier rates, certain bicycles will be excluded from the free shipping offer. Exclusions shall include refurbished, shop pre-assembled and/or any preowned adult bicycles which must be disassembled before packing. Certain models of bicycle from individual suppliers who do not offer a direct to customer option will also be excluded. Add any bicycle to your basket while browsing to find out associated postage costs.

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and David Maxwell trading as DM’s Cycles & Repairs (hereafter referred to as “DM’s”), the owner and operator of this Website.
